I conduct at least 8 sales per year, and in the past have done as many as 10-12 per year. I have over 15 years experience in the estate sale business.

“¢ Items to be sold will be researched for price setting.
“¢ Merchandise will be categorized and attractively displayed for selling.
“¢ US Postal mail and email lists are used to advertise the sale; we will also
use the Internet and newspapers to publicize the sale.
“¢ Signs will be posted on the sale site location.
“¢ If a large sale, a 3-day sale is conducted (Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.)
