We are local Bakersfield gals and have been in the liquidation busines for 10 years. Estate sales don't always mean that someone has died.That's frequently true, but sometimes they're simply moving on to another situation. Whatever the situation is we are here to help our clients, we love our clients and treat them with respect and get it done & over with for them. We are honest and fun.

A typical sale would consist of the follow:
A professional staff; which is honest, reliable, fun and friendly. We care and treat your property and customers with TLC.
We stage, clean, and display all items to be sold.
Table cloths to be used on tables to display items for sale.
Tag and price all items to be sold
Very effective marketing to drive traffic to the sale
Promotion of real estate to customers
Control crowds
Clean up after sale, sweep, mop and vacuum only
Donate, or full buy-outs
Hire security if needed
Payout within 5-7 days
