Most sales are 2 days Only!! There is NO NEED for a 3-4 Day Sale..Unless the house is so packed beyond..then we will do 3 days..4 DAYS? In 27 years doing Estate/Moving Sales we might of done 4...in 27 yrs!!

I do all the pricing..I don't rely on outside help or EBAY..I am a certified appraiser and after 27 years in this business I should know how to price an do it fairly!!
There is never a need for a deposit or Minimum.That's almost like handing over the profits of your items to a company to reap in the benefits and no work actually being done.I don't believe in that nonsense.
