 We perform over 50 estate sales per year, and have held over 1,000 estate sales since we were founded. We have extensive knowledge in antiques, collectibles, and household items, and we gladly conduct both large and small estate sales. James Bean Estate Sales did an amazing job on our sale. We had a very narrow window of time to do our sale between our move and the closing of our home. We had met with other companies and they were the nicest and also the least expensive company that we talked to. In our haste we left the house in a rather large mess and they were able to set it up to make it look almost like a model home. I was impressed how fast and also how clean the house looked after it was ready. The sale went well, we ran more than double the estimate that the owner originally told us so we were pleasantly surprised at how well we did. All that was left would fit in the trunk of my car and we gave that to a couple from church. The owner dropped off a check to us a week later and we have already recommended them to a neighbor of oursAllen

We've been shopping at Bean's estate sales for 3 years now. True, we are the biggest bargain shoppers ever. But their sales allow us to do just that, find a bargain. Their inventory is clean and nicely displayed, and their prices are reasonable to basement bargain prices. Brad and Brian give exceptional service along with all their helpers. (They even used their palm phone to email my daughter to check her size when she was without a phone! Now that's service). I am excited about their new mall. My husband Dwight and I have shopped at Brian's sales for several years. I called Brian when I needed to sell items when moving from Nichols Hills to Quail Creek 3 years ago. Dwight thought I should have a garage sale but I knew I needed more help. Brian and Brad worked tirelessly all week sorting and pricing and we had fabulous sale! For my "partial living estate sale",we made over $9,000 and the fee we paid to Brian was well worth it! I never could have had such a successful sale on my own!
