We have been conducting estate sales since 2005. Starting in New York and resuming in Leesburg Florida in 2009 we always have and always will make the needs of our clients the number one priority. Our goal is to maximize the proceeds of your sale while being cognizant of your situation. We will advertise your sale, inventory and price all of your items. There is nothing we require or expect of you during the process. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you may have. We will take the time to fully explain the entire process so you will have peace of mind during the entirety of the sale. The details of our arrangement will always be kept confidential. We do not use the names of clients for referrals without written consent from the client. Please remember, we will work hard for you from the start of the sale until the cleanup at the end !
At the sales end can assist with any donations, disposals, etc. to help you empty the residence.
We are also affiliated with two large antique and collectible malls which will help us to serve you better.
