Known designers as Sue Wong of Arpeja. . NBC Days of Our Lives Every weekend Mom & I would go to Estate sales. This became entertainment for Mom, & was the beginning of a new door opening.

I have years of experiance where I can immediately give a general appraisel of a household . from the beginning of the sale which includes marketing , advertiseing. Email sendouts. etc.
When I take on a Estate sale the sale is established on the amount & entirety of contents. of home. My associates & I we appraise & price, stage your home to market your items to there best price. We have al the right contacts and associates for establshing a successful sale. Most estate liquidatrs charge 50% today. My comm is less. Also depending on size. High end items as oil paintings, I recommend other sources. At the end of each sale I also present a listing of what your items sold at.. This is unique field where trust & responsibility are the priority.

I am also one of the few Estate liquidaters that will at times take the call of a someone at the other end of the line saying... can you do a sale NOW? My house sold! Within one 2 days! Im not crazy about these emergency sales. On a occasion.& pending on size of household or condominium and availablility of staff I will do a emeregency sale... Normally I need 2 weeks.
