The Malibu Surplus Estate Sale Service begins with a free initial consultation. Once we decide to move forward, a plan is established, appropriate venue(s) determined, and sale dates coordinated. Details that might need to be completed before the job can begin will be reviewed. A contractual agreement will be signed by both parties.
Basic Services include: Organization, Fair Market pricing and appraisal, Staging, Advertising, Signage, Contacting Specialized Dealers, Staffing and Security for the Sale, Payment of Net Proceeds after the Sale’s conclusion, and help with Charitable Donations.
Additional Services include, but are not limited to: Insurance Appraisal and Photographic Inventory, Enhanced Staging, Blended Sales, Consignment, Moving and Storage, Auction Listings, Complete House Clean-Out, Odor Removal, Rodent Remediation, Janitorial, Hauling, Handyman, Attic Cleaning, Trash/Hazardous Waste Disposal.
