J.A. Baker LLC understands the unique needs of those downsizing from a large home to a smaller residence, moving out of town or state or losing a loved one and needing to empty a house of its contents.
We work with families, banks, law firms and trust and estate professionals to handle the often daunting task of settling an estate. We’ve had the privilege of conducting many significant and highly publicized estate sales in central Ohio. In 2010, we handled the full liquidation of a 23,000 square foot estate which remains the highest-priced residential real estate transaction in Franklin County, Ohio history.
J.A. Baker LCC’s professional staff handles your sale from beginning to end. We plan, inventory, organize, advertise and run your sale. As part of our focus and commitment to complete estate liquidation, our team can make arrangements to donate remaining items to a charitable organization of your choice. We can also handle all cleanup post estate sale. The premises are left in “broom clean” condition.
