Estate Sales. We live and breathe them. With over 16 years in business, we have been able to streamline the process of your Estate Sale to make it effortless and profitable to you. Our Estate Sales Team offers a unique blend of expertise to help you throughout the entire process: staging, pricing, marketing, sales events, and clean up. There are steps to having a successful sale and we do them all for you.

1. Setting Up: We spend 2-7 days setting up your sale depending on the size of the estate: This includes organizing all of the contents of the property, kitchen and bathroom items, wardrobe and jewelry, collectibles, contents of the garage, home furnishings, outdoor plants, furniture, yard art, etc. You don't need to do anything.

2. Pricing: Our experts price every item in the home or business. Items are researched if necessary. Our large list of pre-sale shoppers and collectors means that we can yield more for each item than if you were to try to do this yourself.

3. Pre-marketing: Your sale details will go out to our pre-sale data base and loyal customers along with quality photographs and details to create interest and urgency. We use a professional email marketing system that puts your sale in the very best light.

4. Pre-Sale: During a specified time period; usually on a weekday evening, we open the doors to dealers and our best buyers giving them first option to purchase. We know our buyers and what they are looking for. We often reach out to many of them personally. You will be surprised at how much will sell at our initial event.

5. Marketing the Sale: Your sale and all of the details and photos will be listed on EstateSales.org, Craigslist, BuyWildestDreams.com, our company Facebook page that reaches nearly 5000 people, our compiled customer email list and we do in-store cross promotions. We also put your sale into the local newspaper in your area and use direct mailing when needed.

5. Public Sale: Our sales typically run 2-4 days. Many of our pre-sale customers that didn't make the event show up at this time as well as the general public. Our sales are very unique in that each of our team members has a position at the sale. We have up to 8 employees at each sale for lifting, customer service, cleaning, security, etc.


6. Clean Up: Our staff will leave the home in very good condition. All trash and boxes will be removed. All floors will be swept and vacuumed and counters wiped down. If there is anything left at the sale, you have the option to either have it picked up, or have us donate it to a local charity on your behalf. (Note: There is rarely anything left after a 3 day sale)

Our own Moving Truck : Our large moving truck is not only our billboard, its our office on wheels. We have everything you need to make a sale go smoothly right on our truck. We are also able to offer delivery to buyers who may not have a way to get the item home. Sometimes this ONE thing can make or break a sale of a larger, more expensive item!

We have a Store Front: Unlike some of our competitors, we do NOT take your stuff to the next sale. Our customers expect a fresh sale every time. They have grown to trust us for that. If it didn't sell at the first sell, why take it to the next? We DO offer a very large 21,000 sq ft showroom in Downtown Bakersfield. You may elect to consign some of the items in the store for another way to sell. Our staff can help you decide of that is right for you.
