If you are considering an estate sale due to the loss of a loved one, or downsizing because of a move, foreclosure, divorce or even a move to a retirement community/facility, we are here for you.
We know an estate sale can be stressful and time consuming. So let us help you with this over whelming task for you.
A Seasonal Treasure Estate Sale Services will conduct your estate sale as well as advertise to get as many people to your sale.

There simply is no up front cost to you. We will conduct your sale and we get paid with the money we make you at the end of your estate sale.
We know your possessions and your loved ones possessions are important to you.
We help others find hidden treasures you no longer want or need.
All Sales will be considered no matter how small or how large and we serve all areas in or around the Dallas metroplex. Here are our services but not limited to.
-Before the Estate Sale-
To start out we will meet with you, go over your estate and we will then determine what your needs or goals are for the sale.
Once you have decided what to keep and what to sell we will go through and photograph all items for the sale. We start appraising, researching and pricing all of the contents of the estate.
From start to finish an average estate sale for organization and execution takes a week depending on the amount of items are within the estate.
We will then stage the home for the sale and advertise through multiple estate sale websites, Craigslist, Facebook and Twitter.
-During the Estate Sale-
We will manage, maintain the estate sale and will have helpful people on site through out the sale. We can arrange to bring in tables for set up and have cases for valuables.
The sale will usually be conducted in three days depending on the amount of items are at the estate.
-After the Sale-
The house will be left broom clean and with the remaining items from the sale we can provide you a list of contacts, we can arrange to help move them or arrange pick up of the items for charity.
If more is needed let us know and there maybe an extra fee associated with any extra work involved or we can help you find a service to help with the extras you might need.
You will receive a check and list of items sold four to five business days after the sale.
